About the trainer: 

Ku Swee Yong is the CEO and the Key Executive Officer of International Property Advisor Pte Ltd. From Nov 2013 to Nov 2016, he was concurrently the CEO of Century 21 Singapore. Prior to running his own practice, he was a Director in the Real Estate Centre of Expertise at Société Générale Private Banking, responsible for advising clients on real estate investments, the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Savills Singapore and the General Manager at Far East Organization’s Indonesia office.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from University of Hull, UK, and completed his BSc in the Imperial College, University of London, UK and the Institut Louis Pasteur, Université de Strasbourg, France.

Swee Yong’s opinion is regularly featured in the Straits Times, Business Times, 新明日报, 联合早报, Channel NewsAsia, TODAY, etc. He has published 5 books on the property market: Real Estate Riches, Building Your Real Estate Riches, Real Estate Realities, Weathering a Property Downturn and Preparing for a Property Upturn. How does Hypnosis for Quitting Smoking work?


Consciously you already know that smoking is not good for you. You've heard all the stories, seen all the pictures, know all the stats. You don't want to do it. But, your mind is sending powerful signals to do it. Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind. Thats the part of your mind that works on autopilot. The part that drives your automatic behavior, like smoking. Its here in the subconscious, we can focus on what is the root cause for your issue and solve the problem once and for all.




How long does an appointment take?


An appointment normally takes 90mins to 2hrs. Using Hypnosis to quit smoking normally takes one session.




How many appointments does it take?


Some issues are straightforward whereas others may be more complicated. On average, most of our clients find changes within 1-3 sessions. My goal is to address the root cause for your wanting to smoke and to provide long lasting solutions in the smallest time frame.




What does being hypnotised feel like?


Hypnosis, feels like 'that moment just before you wake up'. Where you are physically, mentally and emotionally relaxed but you can hear things going on around you. Some people have likened it to being in a deep meditation or just being completely relaxed with the chatter of your mind, turned down. Unlike what you see on stage with a hypnotist, you are always in control. If you really wanted to get up, you could. Most people are so relaxed that they enjoy the experience.




When will I start to see changes?


There are three ways we see clients transform with this therapy 1) Immediately - you feel a massive shift straight away. Your thoughts, feelings and behavior changes during the session. 2) Incremental - you feel and see shifts everyday. Your thoughts, feelings and behavior changes over a few weeks. 3) Retroactive - you don't see or feel the shifts happening at the time. But when you look back you can see that your thoughts, feelings and beliefs have changed.
